ABSTRACT This paper compares traditional and game-based training methods of financial knowledge related to the model for the New Entrepreneurs Creation (NEC). The game-based learning is also called "serious game" which employs the game mechanics from the praxis of games, encouraging the development of the awareness of financial knowledge. It also provides the financial knowledge to researchers and develops cognitive skills of participants. We focused on testing the New Entrepreneurs Creation (NEC) for building financial knowledge and as regards evaluation, the Kirkpatrick Model of training was applied and compared with traditional training. Finally, the results only show significant difference regarding one out of four reaction indicators of the Kirkpatrick features, the one simulating the actual situations. Participants have higher motivation to join the training compared to traditional learning. Our research concludes that serious game as a learning method can be used for training with the aim of raising the awareness of financial literacy, similar to traditional learning.

ABSTRACT Department of Electrical Engineering, Universitas Indonesia has developed a cross language plagiarism detection system based on Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA) between Indonesian and English papers. The system will generate Frobenius norm, slice, and pad as the output data. This paper explains and provides analysis on the development of plagiarism detection system, namely by applying the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. SVM divides the output data into two classes, namely "plagiarism" and "not plagiarism" by using two methods, a combination of input data and output data and the AND method. Several modifications to the program input has been made, including varying the parameters of learning and the output data of the program. Using balance of precision and relevance of the program, the accuracy of the SVM is 63,15%. However, when viewed through the percentage of the amount of data that appropriately classified, the accuracy of the SVM is 97.04%.

ABSTRACT As the stages of software development reveal, the method of analysis comprises of all the stages starting from specifications to the final product release. Although prevalent, this method has resulted in neglecting the final stages of development such as maintenance and evolution. One other approach to software development known as reverse engineering, is the synthesis process of software development and integration. Initially, it was introduced and used just for the modernization of old legacy systems. With time, the usage of software reverse engineering has become more extensive. It can be used with virtually every kind of software system that exists, making it one of the most powerful tools of development. Understanding the already existing system to improve the capabilities and performance is the in-thing today.

ABSTRACT Developing secure software is elementary today. This is attributed to the increasing flow of sensitive information, attack attempts and numerous interactions of the software with variety of users. The main theme of the methodology proposed in this paper is the popular view among the researchers of assimilating security within the process of development and not after the development is over. The proposed methodology involves eliciting views of all possible stakeholders over certain security parameters to rank the assets and consequently, the functionalities of the system followed by empirical analysis and developing rank-based diagrams.

ABSTRACT In a safety-critical system, all contributions to the system, whether hardware or software, must be considered safe in order for the system to function in the way it is designed to. This paper is concerned with the software contribution to any safety-critical systems; more over the focus is mainly on the requirements, especially safety-critical requirements, and aspects of the software being developed. A framework is proposed to help in the requirements engineering process for developing safety-critical software. Mainly it is designed to handle quality attributes of the requirements, such as the completeness of safety-critical requirements, by testing the completeness of all modes and states in addition to all inputs and outputs of the safety-critical system in the developing process. The ability to use the framework in agile development methods is discussed. In addition, a test plan is written for verifying and validating the framework for future use and references.

ABSTRACT This paper presents a novel architectural framework for smart phone users to work with three objectives, (1) flexible application matching percentage, (2) configurable mobile server/client, and (3) economic resource utilization. Such a prospectus is realized by introducing mobile servers to store application software for downloading by mobile clients based on a set of matching scenarios. Installation on the client side is done at the user's discretion. The proposed framework is accomplished by setting up the mobile client's configuration on the mobile server, distributing mobile software from closed proximity locations, and installing only needed software to utilize the mobile client's resource economically. The criteria for mobile software considerations are based on assessment of business requirements and software development challenges. Due to the local mobile communication laws and regulations, only a demonstration system is established to test the proposed framework. Experimental results show that a simple use-ratio measurement of the mobile application software being installed reflects how they match the underlying support platform or other interoperating applications. This in turn reaffirms some of the above research objectives, in particular, the economic resource utilization.

ABSTRACT The content of chlorophyll can reflect the important index of plant nutrition and photosynthesis, and provide important basis for the rational fertilization. The traditional method for measuring the chlorophyll is to use the spectrophotometer, to destroy the plant, and to cause damage in the transmission process. The paper studies the leaves of soybean and gets the color feature of soybean leaves with technology of computer vision. The results show that, the chlorophyll content and color feature parameter has a certain correlation and build the relationship between them. The rapid methods detecting chlorophyll concentration by the computer vision technology in future.

Due to its insufficient interaction and passive learning habit of vocational college students, the serious phenomenon being hard to maintain learning motivation is resulted. Based on in-depth analysis of flipped classroom and educational game of video form, the exploration and research is carried out to introduce educational game into flipped classroom, preview flipped classroom by taking advantage of educational game and propose the principle and strategies of educational game design of flipped classroom for vocational colleges designated to better facilitate the application of flipped classroom into teaching practice of vocational education.

ABSTRACT With the continuous development of big data technology and its wide application in all walks of life, big data is the official national strategy. However, innovation talents who can master and use the big data technology, are still scarce resource. Therefore, cultivating talents related big data has become the most pressing problem. Facing the current situation and challenges, the necessity and urgency of establishing courses and majors related to big data in universities is introduced in the paper. The concept and theoretical basis of Data science are explained. Combined with the specialty of Agricultural University of Hebei, undergraduate professional orientation and personnel training schemes with agricultural big data needs and its construction contents are explored. And finally the reformation of teaching mode for big data requirements are proposed at the aspects of teaching, experiment, practice and research of data science.
