The workshop will publish high quality papers which are closely related to the various theories and practical applications in NGS. In addition, we expect that the workshop and its publications will be a trigger for further related research and technology improvements in this important subject. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings published by IEEE CS (indexed by EI). Authors should submit paper with about 3~6 pages by using online systems for review. Please use IEEE CS paper format. Submission system: http://submission.sersc.org/WNGS2009 Distinguished papers accepted and presented in WNGS 2009, after further revisions, will be published in special issues of International Journals. Proceedings All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceeding published by IEEE CS (Our proceedings will be included in EI and other index). The proceedings will be available at the conference. At least one author of an accepted paper must register at the conference site and present the paper at the workshop. Distinguished papers accepted and presented in WNGS 2009, after further revisions, will be published in the special issues of the following international journals: 1.
