All attendees for UMC 2008 must make the registration. At least one author per paper must be accompanied by one Mandatory Registration and the registration fee must be paid by August 22 (Extended), 2008! Without a dedicated registration, the paper can not be included in the IEEE CS Proceedings / Journals.
