Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings published by CCIS of Springer (indexed by SCOPUS and others, confirmed), and distributed at the conferece site.

All papers should be submitted by online system for review (at least 2 pages, max 16 pages. Extended Abstract Or Full Paper, any case is OK).

Every submitted paper will be carefully reviewed by at least three members of the International Program Committee.
