Every submitted paper will be carefully reviewed by at least two members
of the International Program Committee. The problematic (borderline) papers
will be additionally evaluated by the members of the International Advisory
Board and the Chairs of the conference.
All accepted and registered papers will be included in the conference
proceeding published by IEEE CS (as a Short Paper, 4 pages. Indexed by
EI). And most presented papers at the conference, after revision and extension,
will be included in CCIS (as a Full Paper, at least 12 pages. New LNCS
sister-series, indexed by EI). And some papers selected will be included
in some journals (pending).
Special Issue
Distinguished papers accepted and presented in NGWS 2009, after further
revisions, will be published in special issues on prestigious international
journals (Pending).
Registration, Travel, Accommodation, and Other Information
For papers that are accepted, registration includes publication of the
paper in conference proceedings. A modest additional fee will be levied
for any additional paper submitted and accepted, and also a similar payment
scheme for exceeding page limits on your papers (details to be announced
