1. Registration Deadline (IEEE CS Proceedings)

   All attendees for MUE 2007 must make the registration. One author per paper must be accompanied by one Mandatory registration and the registration fee must be paid by 26th February, 2007. Without a dedicated registration, the paper can not be included in the IEEE CS Proceedings / Journals.
