Special Sessions
are organized and chaired by prominent
senior researchers, who have a special
interest in the topic of the session.
The Special
Session Chair is then responsible for
obtaining at least 8 papers for each
session, that have been written by
colleagues and other workers in the same
field, supervising the review process
for those papers, and then chairing the
Session at the conference.
Organizers of Special
Sessions undertake to:
- Select a topic of
interest to themselves and to conference
delegates.
- Distribute a Call for Papers for the
session.
- Select at least 8 papers for the
session.
- Check that the papers are suitable for
the conference.
- Have these papers reviewed by at least
two experts in the field.
- Ensure that checked final camera-ready
papers are supplied to the conference
Secretariat by the deadline, following
the instructions that will be provided.
- Supply the conference Secretariat with
the reviews.
- Register for the conference, attend
it, and chair the session.
Deadlines and Dates:

Proposals for Sessions: October 31,
2006.
- List of accepted
papers (Authors, Title, E-mail address
and Review Results) must be sent to MUE
secretary by
December 31, 2006.

Organizers
of session can decide their own papers
submission / notification deadline.

Please note:
You will
get the Acceptance/Rejection result in 5
days after sending your proposals.
Proposals for Sessions:
Proposals for
sessions should contain:
(1) Title of session
(2) Scope and Topics
(3) Profile of Session organizer (s)
(4) Session Committee (at least 6
persons from at least 3 nations)
(5) Contact Info. (E-mail address and
Phone Number)
Paper
Submission and Review:
Session
organizers should collect, review and
accept papers for their session. Session
organizer should allocate at least 2
reviewers to each paper. When the two
reviews are complete, Session Chair
needs to make a decision, on the basis
of the reviews, about whether the paper
is accepted without change, rejected, or
accepted subject to specified
modifications.
¡Ø Please note:
We do not wish to accept poor papers
merely to increase the size of the
conference. Equally, we do not wish to
reject good papers, or those that have
the prospect of reaching a satisfactory
standard through changes that can be
carried out within the time available.
Paper
Submission and Review:
- All accepted papers
will be included in the Conference
proceedings published by IEEE CS or
Springer.
- Selected papers will be included as
revised monographs in the following
journals with special issue:

Journal of Ad Hoc and Ubiquitous,
Journal of Supercomputing,
Journal of Intelligent Manufacturing,

Financial support for session chairs:
If sessions are
constructed successfully (with at least
8 papers), their organizers (1 organizer
per 1 session) will get:
- Free registration,
- Free accommodation (max 4 nights),
