http://www.sersc.org/MUE2007/

April 26th ~ 28th, 2007
Korean Bible University , Seoul, Korea

¡¡

Special Sessions are organized and chaired by prominent senior researchers, who have a special interest in the topic of the session.

The Special Session Chair is then responsible for obtaining at least 8 papers for each session, that have been written by colleagues and other workers in the same field, supervising the review process for those papers, and then chairing the Session at the conference.

Organizers of Special Sessions undertake to:

- Select a topic of interest to themselves and to conference delegates.
- Distribute a Call for Papers for the session.
- Select at least 8 papers for the session.
- Check that the papers are suitable for the conference.
- Have these papers reviewed by at least two experts in the field.
- Ensure that checked final camera-ready papers are supplied to the conference Secretariat by the deadline, following the instructions that will be provided.
- Supply the conference Secretariat with the reviews.
- Register for the conference, attend it, and chair the session.

Deadlines and Dates:

- Proposals for Sessions: October 31, 2006.
- List of accepted papers (Authors, Title, E-mail address and Review Results) must be sent to MUE secretary by December 31, 2006.

¡Ø Please note: Organizers of session can decide their own papers submission / notification deadline.
¡Ø Please note: You will get the Acceptance/Rejection result in 5 days after sending your proposals.

Proposals for Sessions:

  Proposals for sessions should contain:

(1) Title of session
(2) Scope and Topics
(3) Profile of Session organizer (s)
(4) Session Committee (at least 6 persons from at least 3 nations)
(5) Contact Info. (E-mail address and Phone Number)

Paper Submission and Review:

Session organizers should collect, review and accept papers for their session. Session organizer should allocate at least 2 reviewers to each paper. When the two reviews are complete, Session Chair needs to make a decision, on the basis of the reviews, about whether the paper is accepted without change, rejected, or accepted subject to specified modifications.
¡Ø Please note: We do not wish to accept poor papers merely to increase the size of the conference. Equally, we do not wish to reject good papers, or those that have the prospect of reaching a satisfactory standard through changes that can be carried out within the time available.

Paper Submission and Review:

  - All accepted papers will be included in the Conference proceedings published by IEEE CS or Springer.
  - Selected papers will be included as revised monographs in the following journals with special issue:
