Multimedia in Ubiquitous Computing and Security Services (MUCASS 2008) is focused on the challenges and solutions for ubiquitous computing (UC) with emphasis on forthcoming multimedia applications and security services. The session is intended to encourage cooperation among academicians and researchers in secure ubiquitous multimedia systems (UMS), and push the theoretical and practical research forward for a deeper understanding in ubiquitous multimedia computing (UMC) and security services.

Paper Publication

Every submitted paper will be carefully reviewed by at least two PC members. Authors should submit paper with about 4 pages (short paper), 6 pages (regular paper) or 8 pages (full paper: 2 pages extra charge) by using Online System for review.

Proceedings and Special Issues:

All accepted papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings published by IEEE CS (indexed by EI). Outstanding papers accepted and presented in MUCASS 2008, after further revisions, will be published in Special Issues of International Journals indexed by SCI-E (confirmed)
