The 2nd International Workshop on Communication and Networking technology Management (CNM 2008) will be held in conjunction with FGCN 2008, on December 13 ~ 15, 2008, Horizon Resort, Sanya, Hainan Island, China.

CNM 2008 will be the most comprehensive workshop focused on the management aspects of advances in Communication and Networking technology. Because the technology of Communication and Networking area is improved rapidly, organizations and companies start to schedule and manage the adoptation of new technology.

Our workshop provides a chance to discuss recent technical progress in the area of Communication and Networking for academic and industry professionals, technical manager of organizations, and CTO of companies.

The goal of this workshop is to inform new current technical improvement and share the opinions between engineers and managers.

All accepted articles will be included in the IEEE CS proceeding.
