All papers should be submitted by online system for review with IEEE CS paper format (at least 3 pages).

Invited Speakers' video files will be served during conference during the conference.

All accepted and registered papers will be included in the conference proceedings published by Conference Publishing Services (as a Regular Paper, 4 pages), and it will be delivered to each author directly by post.
And selected papers will be included in in some International Journals.

1. Registration Deadline

All authors of acceptend papers must make the registration. One author per paper must be accompanied by one Mandatory registration and the registration fee must be paid by March 6 , 2009! Without a dedicated registration, the paper can not be included in the Proceedings / Journals.

Regular registration fee will be under $300 USD.

- Conference chairs and ommittee members of AST 2009: about 20% discount.
